I have been researching local Trinidadian history and the history of health and medicine for many years. My interest in the cyber-world came as a result of the almost total absence of proper information about my field which led to a passion to ensure that the West Indian scholarly community is accurately represented on the internet and that the web is being used to energize and enhance the field.
